Acer monitor GoPro mount

I need a custom mount for my Acer V193HQ monitor that can securely hold a smartphone with a GoPro attachment. My plan is to use DroidCam to convert my smartphone into a high-quality webcam, and then attach it to the top of my display. The initial design had some flaws, so I used a hairdryer to make adjustments until it fit properly. I'll be updating this mount in the future to address these issues and create a more refined solution.
