Acer G257HU Monitor Wall Mount

This is a custom design for my Acer G257HU monitor stand, based on Natko's original TV/Monitor Wall Stand. I recreated all components in Fusion 360 using measurements from the original mesh bodies converted in F360. Since this monitor doesn't come with standard mounting points for wall-mounted brackets, I had to get creative. Here are the key changes I made: * Centered the wall mount bracket on a stud to minimize drywall pullout risks * Adjusted the arm lengths to fit my needs perfectly * Designed a new upper arm with a hex head slot for single wrench tightening * Reduced the bolt diameter from 1/4" to make it more efficient * Created a new monitor adapter that fits the original desktop mounting post To assemble, I used 1/4"-20 bolts with nylon lock nuts and washers between the printed parts of the upper and lower arms. This should help facilitate easier rotation while maintaining high torque.
