Accurate model of E3d V6 (1.75mm) heatsink and nozzle assembly for fitting

Accurate E3d V6 1.75mm assembly model for fitting and design use. I was a bit unhappy with the other models I'd found, they were for the 3mm version with a bigger mount size. I wanted one I could trust with the 1.75 mount. Dimensions on this model are taken from the diagrams made available at: https://e3d-online.dozuki.com/c/V6_Drawings.
