I couldn't find an accurate LEGO minifig head model so I made one using measurements from documents and digital calipers. There is NO additional tolerance on the model, so you might need to use the STEP or F3D files to get this to work on your printer. I printed this on an Elegoo Mars 2 SLA printer and it fits perfectly with real LEGO parts.
