Accessory Toggle for Dyson DC33

<p>My accessory attachment toggle broke and eventually came off of my Dyson DC33 vacuum cleaner. The vacuum is great and I didn't want to replace it so I designed a replacement toggle, printed it and replaced it on the vacuum. Now the accessories stay connected until I press the toggle to remove them.</p><p>It has a compliant spring built into the design allowing it to flex as you press the button to allow accessories to be removed. Accessories “click” into place when inserted.</p><p>I used supports on the compliant spring tabs since there is a lot of overhang and on the side pins that hold the toggle into the vacuum hose connector.</p><p>The pins collapse some with a compliant spring action and snap into position when the toggle is installed.</p>
