<p>This is an accessory mount for a Celestron C8 telescope that provides a standard 1/4 20 screw to attach a spotting scope. I designed it to mount my <a href="https://www.printables.com/model/178990-80mm-refractor-telescope">3D printed 80mm f/4 refractor</a> to my C8 telescope.</p><p> </p><p>It requires: </p><ul><li>one <a href="https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00KI3J7G2/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1">tripod screw</a> - to attach your accessory</li><li>some double sided tape - to help secure the mount, this allows for a solid method of attachment without permanently modifying the C8</li><li>two screws - the stock screws on the telescope may not be long enough</li><li>two <a href="https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09KL6N4QK/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1">18mm by 18mm rubber pads</a> - to provide extra friction at the mounting point</li></ul>
