Cloaks, Shoulder and a Tabard for my Wolfspear (Suitable for Space Wolf also) Cloaks and Shoulders are a remix from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4111204 Resized and adapted to Primaris figures, allowing room for power packs. Print at 90-95% for optimal results; however, you will need to test this on your specific setup. Trimming may be necessary to fit the cloaks over the shoulders, especially if using clippers. To mold the item, use a heat gun and hold it in tweezers until it becomes soft. Then, shape it to fit the figure and hold until cold before gluing it into place. This method also allows for easy sculpting of the cloak to add folds.
