To enhance torque, I adjusted the gears to a ratio of 9:47. The top has been securely closed. Opening the Idler is now less complicated. The heater barrel hole measures 10mm in diameter. Unfortunately, the gears don't fit at the standard accessible Wade location. Source: RepRap-Fab.org
