Hello! I'm sharing some adjustment pieces for the Mkpts 11.1 and other test prints at a 90-degree angle. The squares are printed and then need to fit together in all ways. If something fails, you'll have to adjust the alignment. Once the printer is adjusted, it can be fixed to the table where it's placed with the help of clamps. I'm also sharing some coins for adjusting the Z-axis height. They should all come out at the same height! If not, you'll need to deal with the adjustment of the bed screws and the central screw like this: First, turn the corner screws as tight as possible and back up 3 turns. Then, adjust the height with the main screw until it just passes a sheet of paper. Print the coins and, if necessary, adjust each corner to correct the height. Finally, the delaminated cube is for testing delamination (which I'll explain!). Here's how it works: The same piece is printed with and without layer fan and at different temperatures. Once identified, try breaking them by hand to see which one withstands more delamination, and also observe deformation due to excessive temperature. It turned out very useful for me to know that you should avoid using a layer fan in ABS, and it's better to close the printer with glass so that the pieces come out more resistant because they don't cool down as quickly. I hope this is helpful!
