For February 5th, 2015. As part of my daily upload New Year's resolution, which includes releasing open source designs each day. Things are moving along well. I required this project for work, so I chose to create a design in my spare time and wire it up by myself before printing it out. This is the third iteration of the design, but I think it looks great. A model of the board can be found at: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:662394. The process involves wiring the board, rotating it under a notch and onto pins (use some gentle persuasion) before melting the pins in place with a soldering iron to secure them firmly. Tomorrow I will share an update on how I'm progressing with this project as I plan to measure its acceleration levels next. This allegedly generates a voltage per unit "g" acceleration, which would allow me to track it using our USB oscilloscope. What a sweet opportunity! Sincerely, Eur Ing Andy Southern Bath Robotics
