This 3D model was initially crafted using Sketchup 8 before being seamlessly converted to all other formats. Its native format is .skp, while the 3dsmax scene runs on 3ds Max 2016 with Vray 3.00 handling the rendering process. Underneath this historic structure stands a building that served as the third Academy building, dating back to 1909 and built atop the remnants of its predecessor. Designed by prominent architect and government designer JA Vrijman in the style of northern Dutch Renaissance, this structure has undergone significant renovations from 2007 to 2008. Notably, this edifice features three distinct facades. At the center, a magnificent gable depicts Minerva, the goddess of knowledge, between an arsenal and a Dutch lion symbolizing military strength and unity respectively. Adjacent to Minerva on her left stands Scientia and on her right, Historia embody the values of intellectual pursuit. As for the sides of this iconic structure, the eastern facade is accompanied by the tower that boasts both a bell carillon and a clock donated generously by the Groningen Burgerij organization.
