To create an open-source design catering to arthritis sufferers, we employed laser cutting and a lathe with acrylic sheet stock and flexible plastic. The project was conducted under Hackshack for Full Circle Arts, Manchester. Visit http://www.fullcirclearts.co.uk/projects/hackshack-all-about-the-process/ to learn more. Materials required include 5mm and 3mm acrylic sheets, Delrin or Nylon plastic bar stock, and M5 & M3 hardware (refer design files for specifics). Follow the laser cutting of vector files, lathe turning of Delrin or Nylon part, assembly with listed hardware, and 'pop' it onto an aerosol can for easy usage through lever activation. Please note that related files have been removed; check GitHub instead. We aim to regain favor within the OS community by resolving licensing, selling issues.
