AC Railbus in n scale
thingiverse
Model of an AC railbus to fit over a KATO 11-110 chassis. Railbuses were introduced onto British railway lines in the early 1960s. They were designed to provide transport in areas where the demand wasn't too high. This model fits over the KATO 11-110 chassis, after the plastic cover has been removed (see picture). The cover is held on by small clips and can be removed by flexing the sides with a small screwdriver. It's necessary to stop the motor from moving in the chassis - I used a couple of drops of super glue. The model will need to be glued to the chassis to give a secure fit.
