<p>*Update 7.2.18: Redesigned gripping mechanism to screw type from post (plug-in) type. Added Drip catching skirt, no support required.</p> <p>Made this after getting tired of emptying buckets of condensation under my window unit. It now drips into a garden hose and waters a raspberry bush.</p> <p>This thing can adapt to an air conditioning window unit's condensate drain hole. It's purpose is to help keep water from dripping freely beneath your window unit. Simply attach to garden hose and route to nearby plant for simultaneous automatic plant watering.</p> <p>Update Jun 2019: This design still works well but I have found it to be a bit weak around the middle of the tapered screw.
