<p>I got some proper isolated fan duct hose and wanted an adapter to be able to connect it to our AC unit. The outer dimensions on the thinner side is 120 mm, and on the larger side: 145mm.</p> <p>I printed it in PETG to be able to stand the higher temperatures without deforming.
