I obtained a suitable isolated fan duct hose and needed an adapter to connect it securely to our air conditioning unit. The outer dimensions on one end measure 120 mm, while the other end measures 145mm. To ensure durability in high temperatures, I printed the adapter in PETG plastic. Although I've only used it briefly, so far it's performed its intended function satisfactorily.
