I fabricated this in PLA, using a .4 nozzle and setting the layer height to .15. The infill density was 10%. Printing time came out to about 6 hours. This design can be printed without any support structures if your printer is capable of spanning 50.8mm bridges without sagging or collapsing. I successfully bridged this model on my Ultimaker 2+, which handled the long spans with ease.
