Absima Sherpa: support for mounting a winch

So that the winch can be mounted on the original bumper from the Sherpa I had to "tinker" a bit. If the winch is mounted higher, you fit exactly.... For this I made 2 documents on the CNC mill (I needed 6mm and my material has only 3mm). The carpet pad can also be created on the 3D printer.
