I'm designing a miniature 3D printable car for Pinewood Derby races, powered by a custom-built torsion spring and a gear system. The gears are modified versions of McMaster Carr plastic gears (14.5 deg pressure angle, 32 pitch, 32 teeth), ensuring smooth operation and optimal performance.
