Absaugung Tellerschleifer / Suction for disksander TSM250

Für meinen Tellerschleifer DSM 250 von Holzmann benötigte ich eine neue Absaugung. Die alte war mir mit den 3 kleinen Schrauben zu fummelig zu montieren. Immer wenn das Schleifpad gewechselt wird (Klett) musste alles umständlich demontiert werden. So habe ich eine Absaugung konstruiert, die direkt zwischen die Standfüße passt und somit leichter montiert werden kann. Es werden noch 2 Sechskantkopfschrauben M6 x 50 und 1 mal M6 x 16 benötigt. Für die Befestigungsschrauben müssen zwei neue M6 Gewinde in das Maschinengestell gebohrt werden. Die Absaugung sollte natürlich auch bei baugleichen Tellerschleifern passen. I needed a new suction system for my DSM 250 disc sander from Holzmann. The old one was too difficult to assemble with the 3 small screws. Whenever the sanding pad was changed (Velcro), everything had to be laboriously dismantled. So I designed an extraction system that fits directly between the feet and is therefore easier to assemble. Two more hexagon head screws M6 x 50 and 1 M6 x 16 are required. Two new M6 threads must be drilled into the machine frame for the fastening screws. The suction should of course also fit with disc grinders of the same design.
