I experimented with a standard bristle brush initially, but then switched to strips of paper towels. However, they left my hands dirty. So, I designed a handle for the strips of paper towels. Remember to print this using PLA or any other material that won't be affected by acetone. You can easily scale it up in one dimension if you need more reach. Simply place a strip of paper towel between the jaws and slide the clamp upwards along the handle. To release, just squeeze the handle above the clamp – it locks securely and won't require much effort each time. Print Settings Printer Brand: MakerBot Printer: MakerBot Replicator 2 Rafts: Yes Supports: Yes Resolution: Standard Infill: 100% Notes: I printed this on its side to ensure that the layers align in a direction that enhances the handle's strength. The clamp fits snugly, so sand the handle according to your preference for comfort and fit.
