Print your own spur gears instead of purchasing them for your Automated Build Platform; it's possible! Specifications include an inch unit, a 32 diametral pitch, 18 teeth, 0.1250" bore size, 20° pressure angle, 0.188" face width, 0.5630" pitch diameter, and 0.3438" hub diameter. These gears are compatible with the shaft of a 20mm DC motor (http://www.kysanelectronics.com/Products/Detail.php?recordID=1231). The conveyor belt's shaft requires grinding to match the DC motor's shaft. Press-fit these gears onto the shafts, no screws needed. Printed with a 0.3mm nozzle and only raft removal for cleaning.
