Abondoned laser cut robot arm

<p> <figure class="media"> <oembed url="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MVCudXW6-iE"></oembed> </figure> </p> <p>Project i abondoned couple months ago, but decided to share sources if someone feels inspired :)</p> <p>M3 and M8 norm parts</p> <p>nema 17 motor mounts</p> <p>GT2 belts</p> <p>standard 608 bearings</p> <p>the arm part works pretty good, the base with rotation was never finished</p> <p>Designed in SketchUp, I used <a href="http://simonbeard.github.io/sketchup-svg-outline-plugin/">http://simonbeard.github.io/sketchup-svg-outline-plugin/</a> to generate the lasercut files. Since I mostly ever updated them and lasered them piece by piece the provided pdfs maybe incomplete or old versions.</p> <p>only used with a ramps electronics board to test it out (like a 3D printer)</p> <p>if there are any questions I will answer in comments</p> Category: Machine Tools
