Greetings Conjurers! I bring before you a frightening abomination of ancient knowledge and an alien future. This is the Abolithid, the horrifying form of an Aboleth infected with an illithid tadpole. The tadpole overwhelmed with the ancient knowledge of the Aboleth is submitted to it's will as the Aboleth utilizes the tadpole more as a tool to evolve its own physical form and chemistry. Making use of the tadpole the Aboleth unlocks the potential of an Elder Brain's psionic abilities greatly enhancing it's own terrible power.
