This is a minimal bottle cutter design that is meant to be mounted. While browsing for bottle cutter designs, I noticed that there were not any that were designed to be mounted like I have seen in some youtube videos, and the ones I did find were for sale. This one is free and available to all.It fits a standard razor blade and works great!
