Now that I am in a larger house, I needed a larger and more adaptable enclosure, thus the "A Better Lack Enclosure" was created! I, like many 3D printer owners, have multiple tools beyond just a 3D Printer. If you own a table saw, this connector system allows you to build a custom and expandable enclosure that can be specifically designed for your area and printer. There is no limitation to the combinations and sizes of an enclosure or table you can make. The only additional tool needed to build using this system is something to cut 2x4s into 1.25" square dowels. I used a tablesaw and trimmed down some 2x4s with normal dimensions of 1.5"x3.5". This makes the ABLE system about the same price or maybe even less to build than the Prusa LACK table system. I built the table in the image for around $50. Screw holes are sized for #8 Screws.
