Now that I have more room, I needed a bigger and more adaptable enclosure, so the "A Better Lack Enclosure" was created! Like many 3D printer owners, I have multiple tools beyond just a 3D Printer. If you own a table saw, this connector system allows you to build a custom and expandable enclosure that can be tailored specifically for your area and printer. The possibilities are endless, with no limits on combinations or sizes of enclosures or tables. To build using this system, the only additional tool needed is something to cut 2x4s into 1.25" square dowels. I used a table saw and trimmed down some 2x4s that measure 1.5"x3.5". This makes the ABLE system comparable in price or even less expensive than the Prusa LACK table system. I built the table shown for around $50.
