ABL Pro Mount for Petsfang V2 and MicroSwiss on Ender 5

This is a left side mount to attach a TH3D ABL Pro to a Petsfang cooler wtih MicroSwiss Direct Drive on an Ender5 printer. For some reason Petsfang has not designed an ABL Pro mount for this configuration, so I drew one up myself. My offset using this mount was 46mm in the X axis and 10mm in the Y axis. I printed it in PLA, which I believe should have plenty of strength and durability for this application. Edit: I should specify in the description that the fit on this is very close with the X axis at 0 (all the way to the left). On my printer with X at 0 there is only about .17mm of clearance between the ABL mount and the X axis carriage. If you decide to use this mount that's something you should definitely be aware of and watch out for.
