ABL Mount for CR-10 Fang mod

This is a custom modification of Spotone's ABL mount for the Ender3/CR-10 to accommodate the CR-10 hanging fan mod for MicroSwiss and E3D hotends. The mount is designed specifically for an 18mm proximity sensor. I have not yet had the opportunity to test this mount, as I do not currently possess a proximity sensor. However, I plan to update this post with my findings once I acquire one. Update: January 31, 2019 After conducting a thorough test of the modified mount, I am pleased to report that it functions flawlessly. To achieve a snug fit for the 18mm hole, I highly recommend using supports during the printing process. Due to the mount's unique location in the negative X direction, I have found that the best bed probing grid is achieved by starting at XY coordinates of 50mm and ending at 250mm, with intervals of 25mm.
