Here's a simple hack for reproducing the knock-off switches that only come with an excerpt. You just push the part into the cutout and it stays very tightly in place. Since the cutouts are poorly machined, it's not guaranteed to be plug-and-play every time. The best results I got were when I printed it standing up and at a high resolution on 45% speed.
