C A P I T A L I S M !" Within the Changer's realm, at the heart of the Impossible Fortress sits the Well of Eternity. Even the Architect of Fate would not dare venture into its depths. He had spent eons glimpsing into the well, studying every facet of its existence, so that he may someday use its secrets for his own machinations. In a desperate gambit with the Well, Kairos was cast into it by his master, wanting to see what would become of him should he emerge. Though he never would venture inside, he had no qualms in risking one of his own servants doing so in his stead. After many years of uncountable torment, Kairos emerged once again. His body had been significantly altered, now sporting two heads instead of one, with his visage abnormally aged even by the standards of a demon. Though both heads were physically blinded, he was now able to see things even hidden to his master. His right head now saw all possible futures, while his left saw all events of the past. Knowledge of the fabric of time itself pulsates through him, and no scheme is hidden from his sight. This vastly valuable knowledge placed Kairos at The Changer's right hand, naming him his personal Oracle. Even now, Kairos whispers the secrets of the Well to him, which the other Lords of Change transcribe and catalog, jealously guarding any secret that may aid them in their unending intrigue and schemes. In battle, Kairos carries his Staff of Tomorrow. This weapon is imbued with the essence of a rival Lord of Change, and atop it sits the Tome of Destiny. This book records all that the Fateweaver's heads proclaim, with new text appearing across the pages as time passes and events unfold. It is the stream of consciousness of both heads, a combination of things that have come to pass, and potential futures that may. To attempt to read its pages induces madness to any mortal with an unfortified mind, and those struck with it have their bodies run rampant with horrific transmutations. Uniquely, Kairos has knowledge of every spell that is known to mortal and demon alike. While the Lore of The Architect is second-nature to him, he can wield spells from the Magic Lores of Life, Metal, Light, Heavens, Death, Beasts, Shadows, and Fire. He is an absolute god of magical destruction, given the opportunity.
