I didn't want to risk losing our only stylus for the newest ABB robot, so I created a digital model of it and printed out extra copies. These extras snap perfectly into place at the back of the IRC5 controller, and you may need to smooth out the pointy end with some sandpaper to avoid scratching anything. The good news is that these can be used on other resistive touch screens as well.
