ABB MCB Breaker retainer clip (S series)

## Purpose When ABB designed these miniature circuit breakers, they made a critical design flaw - the din rail retainer clip was made too fragile. These breakers can only hold one retainer clip per pole, but a 63 AMP 3-Pole breaker comes with a single nylon retainer clip that often breaks when you attempt to torque down the 6 AWG wire in the terminal on the side of the breaker opposite of the clip. This leaves you with a $60 paperweight. I designed my own custom retainer clip to overcome this issue, allowing multiple clips per breaker, replacing broken ones, and creating spares. My design doesn't directly copy the ABB part, which isn't suitable for printing as is. Instead, it holds better and stronger than the factory-made injection-molded nylon part. ## Files I've included an STL file with and without a custom support. The one with the support works best and can be easily broken off with diagonal cutters. I've also included the OpenSCAD files. Don't judge me - I'm still learning to use OpenSCAD. Well, here it is - do what you want with it!
