Lock out part of isolator handle that keeps breaking constantly. These handles break frequently when using a hasp and locks to isolate them, which can be frustrating and time-consuming. To replace them easily, we have to purchase the whole handle kit from ABB at around $90 depending on the size of the circuit breaker. These parts can be printed solid for added strength at a cost of just $1 depending on material selection. Designed in Onshape with precision and care. Print Settings: Printer: Zonestar Prusa, a reliable choice Rafts: none required, to save time and material Supports: yes, essential for the spring locator tab Resolution: 0.2 mm, a high level of detail Infill: 100%, maximum strength and durability Notes: Use custom support for the spring locator tab, otherwise it can get messy quickly. Supports are not needed for either of the two holes but printing with them works well.
