For All Abarth Enthusiasts! This Print Celebrates the 70th Anniversary of ABARTH. Carlo Abarth Founded the Company in 1949 to Build Racing Cars Based on Fiat Models, Notably the Fiat Abarth 595 SS and 695 SS, as well as the Iconic Autobianchi A112 Abarth. The Scorpion is the Zodiac Sign of the Founder, Symbolizing His Unrelenting Spirit. This Logo is Crafted from Interconnected Elements, with the Main Badge (200 mm High x 180 mm Wide) Serving as the Central Hub for Other Components in Various Colors. The Top Black and White Logo Consists of Three Distinct Parts, While the Remaining Sections are Printed Face-On to Achieve a Glossy Finish. For a Matte Finish, Simply Cut the Print Using a Scotch-Brite Sponge. Without Adhesives, Monitor the Smaller Components and Specific Areas Prone to Detachment from the Mirror Surface. The Entire Design was Printed on My Stock CR10 using PLA Arianeplast Filaments, with the Main Component Crafted from Silver Metallic Material. To Ensure Optimal Adhesion without Glue, I Heated the Bed to 72°C and the Cabinet (Housing the CR10) to 27°C. The Nozzle Temperature was Set at 220°C, while the First Layer Was Printed at 50% Speed and 60% Infill Density. As Infill Reached 30%, I Utilized Two Layers for Walls and Four Layers on Top and Bottom. Designation of the Model was Conducted Using Solidworks, Incorporating a Slight Gap between Components for Simplified Assembly. A Three-Part Support System Was Added, Requiring Glue to Secure the Lower Component and an M4 x 30mm Screw to Facilitate the Foldable Leg's Movement. My Son is a Die-Hard Fan of the Fiat 500 Abarth, and I Hope He'll Be Able to Purchase One in the Future – This Car Embodies the Ultimate Combination of Style and Performance, Along with its Irresistible Sound.
