I create high-quality abandoned house models, showcasing meticulous work and a focus on low-poly efficiency while ensuring they're game-ready. Designed specifically for open-world games, this non-enterable house is perfect for landscape decoration, though I'm also working on an enterable version. Extensive details in the mesh include curved wood planks and roofs, making it look convincingly realistic. I've unwrapped and UV textured the model using Photoshop. Additionally, three color variations of the base wood texture are available. Key features include a 4096x4096 diffuse map for the house and a 2048x2048 diffuse map for the door, supported in TGA/JPG/PNG texture formats. Texture resolution can be adjusted according to need. This model consists of 2503 polys and 3562 verts.
