This 3D model originated with Sketchup 8 before being converted to multiple formats. The native format is .skp, while 3dsmax scene is based on 3ds Max 2016, rendered with Vray 3.00. For quite some time, this house has been left unoccupied. Nevertheless, you can still explore the house by utilizing the layers toolbar, which leads to a multitude of interesting scenes showcasing decay, rot, mold, and significant water damage. Initially, peek inside the windows before deactivating the roof layer to observe the true effects. Check out the severely damaged ceilings. Speaking specifically about the ruined ceiling, it has literally crashed down onto the dining room floor! Many doors have been salvaged while others remain broken, with several windows no longer intact. The front porch is adorned with vacant flowerboxes and the exterior is surrounded by a green mold growth. Most of this destruction stems from natural causes; however, evidence of vandalism is present as well. This is a 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath craftsman home, featuring a central basement access point, an interior coat closet adjacent to the front door, a guest suite, and exposed beams among many other features. I was made aware that this house lacks essential grouping and component capabilities for seamless editing. It is highly likely that it should have had these features; unfortunately, when I initially designed this model in 2008, I had not yet grasped the importance of groups or components within the Warehouse framework. Forgive me for the inconvenience this may cause. I am glad you can still appreciate and enjoy this quaint cottage home despite the difficulties.
