Human Resources Department As part of our ongoing efforts to streamline employee onboarding, we will be implementing a new electronic system for processing new hire paperwork. This system will enable us to reduce processing time and increase efficiency. Effective immediately, all new hires are required to complete an online form prior to their first day of work. This form must be completed in its entirety and submitted to the HR department no later than 5:00 PM on the Friday preceding the start date. The electronic system will guide you through a series of questions that will need to be answered for your new hire paperwork. You will be required to provide demographic information, as well as details about your employment history, education, and emergency contacts. Once completed, the online form must be signed electronically by both the employee and their supervisor. This is an important step in the process, as it confirms that all necessary documentation has been provided.
