I created the logo outline and shape of the interior air cavity in Adobe Illustrator. Then I imported both SVG vectors into TinkerCAD, setting the air cavity shape as a hole. The resulting model was sent to Thingiverse and downloaded into MakerBot software for printing. This red whistle with lug took 40 minutes at standard settings. Dimensions were set at X: 50.75 mm, Y: 36.10 mm, Z: 8.00 mm, medium resolution. Turning off infill would have saved 3 minutes. This thing was made with Tinkercad and can be edited online at https://www.tinkercad.com/things/iAMFkIV7VWz. Print settings include a MakerBot Replicator Mini, medium resolution, and infill. Rafts are recommended, but supports are not needed. The whistle's dimensions must be carefully set to produce the desired sound.
