Originally broken into two pieces, now carefully joined together. Rider's torso discovered in construction fill layer of a hard-packed floor associated with the Hellenistic-Roman period (EU 94/SU 9410). Horse's muzzle found in mixed deposit containing cultural layers and modern looter pits (EU 94/SU 9416).
