This battery adapter fits a AAA into any AA space available. You'll need an outer-dimension bolt measuring 6-7mm to get it right. Several files with varying hole sizes are up for grabs, so pick the one that matches your bolt size. Designed for use with the G305 mouse, this model should work in any AA setup without a hitch. The lightweight design comes at the cost of strength, but printing with a brim and taking it slow will help. The Thinwall_M2 version has undergone significant development and is recommended if you have the hardware to back it up. If you do decide to print this model, be sure to use an M2 screw that's 5mm long (about 6mm total length). The total weight with the screw comes out to around 1.7 grams according to CAD calculations. If you manage to print one of these models, I'd love it if you could weigh it and share the result – my scale isn't reliable enough for me to get an accurate reading.
