AAA to AA Battery Converter Adapter

I designed this awhile ago when I ran out of AA batteries for my clock and had a bunch of AAA batteries laying around. It uses screws as conductors. Originally I only designed it for M3x6mm Countersunk screws but added two more options you can choose from.Screw options (Choose one):M3x6mm CountersunkM3x3mm CounterboreM3x4mm ButtonheadAccording to standards, the screw length of countersunk screws are measured differently from the other types, so please use the attached picture as reference. Print with the screw hole touching the build plate as shown in attached photo. I didn't need to print a brim but you can add a brim if needed. Put the screw into the printed part and then screw it in snugly using an allen key.I have also included the F3D file in case you want to edit or use other screws or materials as conductors. The conductivity of stainless screw although not as high as copper or nickel, is quite good and should only lead to minor losses due to resistance through heat energy. I also set a 0.4mm offset to increase the tolerance and make it printable for a wide range of printers even when uncalibrated.
