Here's the deal with my Thingiverse design, folks! Created using the awesome Customizer app: http://www.thingiverse.com/apps/customizer/run?thing_id=793597 So you want to know how it all goes down? Here are the lowdown instructions: Using the following options to get things rolling: hopper_depth = 3 - That's right, a 3-deep hoper. hopper_gap_percentage = 40 - I'm talking about a whopping 40% gap, if you can believe it! dip_type = front_square+bottom_round - The square and round thing: both front and bottom. obj_dia = 10.5 - This baby's diameter is exactly 10.5. hopper_height = 6 - It's only got a height of 6, not that big of a deal though. obj_len_margin_percentage = 10 - I'm thinking 10% length margin, right on! wall_thickness = 1.2 - Not to worry, this bad boy's thickness is just 1.2! dip_gap_percentage = 70 - Get this: 70%! num_tray = 1 - Just the one tray for us, nice and simple. obj_len = 44.5 - And our length? That's a respectable 44.5. obj_dia_margin_percentage = 30 - So let's talk about margin. I mean a margin of just 30%.
