I'm modifying @BlackBird7171's Expandable Battery Dispenser (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:399744/#comments), scaling it up as suggested in the comments by @mc2lagrange. This design fits AAA batteries perfectly. To print this design, use a fan to prevent sloppy corners, but avoid using supports altogether. In the image, you'll notice that one of the prints was done without a fan, resulting in a less-than-perfect finish, while the other was printed with a proper fan duct and turned out great. The extension issue has been resolved by running it through netfabb and making some adjustments.
