AA to C size battery adapter

<p>This adapter allows use of an AA (Mignon) sized battery in place of a C sized battery. My primary use case for the adapter is using the trusty Sanyo/Panasonic eneloop rechargable batteries for devices like the roomba lighthouse, etc.</p><p>The design has been verified using ASA. Note that the diameters between different AA batteries may vary significantly, therefore it is expected to be fairly tight in the thicker ones.</p><p>The adapter assembly is made from:</p><ul><li>1 body part</li><li>2 identical retaining springs</li></ul><p>When printing the body, supports are required in the recess where the spring goes (picture). Also a brim is a must to keep it attached to the sheet.</p><p>The design allows for a 0.1mm gap between the parts and CA based superglue works perfect for the assembly.</p>
