AA Fake Battery Skeleton for M4x30 screws
thingiverse
Print this design and insert a standard M4x30 screw into its top hole for a skeleton, bare minimum AA fake battery. The screw doesn't need to be securely fastened since most devices have a spring in the battery compartment holding it in place. This design is meant to print quickly without support or adhesives, and can be done roughly if needed. You can adjust the hole depth and diameter to fit different screws - any should work as long as the overall height is around 50mm. Keep in mind that devices with weak springs may experience issues due to a lack of top brim. However, under normal conditions this design works fine and has been tested successfully. You're free to attach the wire however you like: soldering, inserting it into the hole held by the screw, or using one or two nuts on the screw - the choice is yours.
