I was determined to get a custom triple AA battery sled built for my project, but I couldn't find any suitable options online. Since I reside in a rural area with limited access to local stores, I decided to take matters into my own hands and design one from scratch. Fortunately, all the necessary components except for the contacts can be scavenged from existing electronics or crafted using scraps of tin and springs. I created the design using Designspark Mechanical with ease.
