Print with support! This battery pack replacement is designed for devices that run on 2 AA batteries. The printed piece is 2mm shorter than real batteries to accommodate a small screw at one end, which acts as the electrical contact. Before using your power supply, make sure it has the correct polarity and voltage to avoid any issues! I've soldered the wires to the screws, using my soldering iron to heat up the plastic until they fit snugly in place. If you try to screw the contacts into the 3D printed piece, you'll likely break the electrical connection.
