AA Battery Insert

AA Battery Insert

This print is designed for a vertically stacked AA battery set-up, with the topmost battery as depicted in the provided drawings. Its length surpasses standard AA dimensions due to its bottom portion, which cups the lower battery for a snug fit. A proper resizing may enable it to accommodate AAA batteries too. This adapter can be employed to reduce voltage in devices such as flashlights or personal massagers that might be overly intense. Upon printing at my workshop next week, I will share make pictures and performance details. To utilize this print, cover each end with small aluminum foil pieces. Poke a wire (preferably 18 AWG or less) through the foil and center "pipe," then bend the foil over the channels on both ends for secure holding. Finally, insert the adapter into your device, ensuring it sits over the positive (+) end of another AA battery.
