I designed a custom battery holder for my Xbox Controller batteries because I couldn't find one that was small enough, so I created this one using TinkerCAD. To ensure it fit perfectly, I measured out the dimensions to accommodate two Duracell Optimum batteries (52mmX14mm) with some extra space added in case of any layer texture variations. The lid slides on smoothly without much force and stays securely in place, with a mere 0.1mm gap between the container lip and the cap.
